To ensure effective gopher removal and protect both parties, the following requirements apply:
Once service begins, no refunds will be issued. The deposit is non-refundable after the first visit. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled visits.
Important: Payment disputes or chargebacks after service has been performed are fraudulent and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Video documentation of all visits is maintained.

Travel Fees: Properties over 10 miles from our service base incur fuel fees to cover gas and vehicle wear.
